Life Insurance
Life insurance offers you an excellent way to protect your family's financial security. If you die while being an employee at Derco, the life insurance benefit is paid to help your family adjust to some of the financial changes they will face. Various life insurance options are offered.
Dependent Life Insurance
The death of a family member can have serious financial consequences. If your spouse dies, your family income might be significantly reduced, or you might have to start spending more of your income on childcare. Dependent life insurance offers some protection against the impact of these financial changes.
Accident Death & Dismemberment Insurance
Derco offers Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance, which provide additional financial protection if you are seriously injured or die in an accident. Coverage options are the same as the life insurance options.
Travel Insurance
Derco provides you with Business Travel Accident Insurance in the event of death or serious injury in an accident while traveling on authorized company business. Emergency medical care: emergency medical evacuation, local medical assistance, and additional life insurance, is provided at four times base pay, along with emergency travel assistance services.

Adoption Assistance Program
Expenses relating to the legal adoption of a child under 18 will be covered up to a maximum of $3,000 per child.
