Holidays Derco grants 9 – 11 days of paid leave, based on location, to observe a variety of holidays such as New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after, and Christmas.
Vacation New employees are eligible for vacation time off in the year they are hired after completing thirty (30) days of full-time employment. Depending on date of hire, new employees may be eligible for as many as ten days in their first year of employment.

Flexible Work Arrangements Flexible Start Times - Derco provides flexible starting times to allow you latitude in scheduling your working hours in consideration of your personal needs. Due to the nature of some job assignments, not all employees are eligible to participate in Flexible Start Times.
Compressed Work Week Flextime – ½ Day Fridays- Derco utilizes a modified flextime hours program which provides the opportunity to leave early Friday afternoons, up to once per month. This benefit allows you time to schedule your personal appointments and obligations during the workweek without using paid time off.
