Last year alone Derco fulfilled more than 700 national and international AOG demands. Instead of focusing personnel and money on parts management, Derco’s customers can focus on meeting flight schedules. Derco's 24/7 AOG support provides access to its supply chain when customers need it most – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Many Derco employees are multilingual and collectively speak more than 16 languages. Derco recognizes the international make-up of its customer base and has built a sales team and support staff that is able to communicate with its international customers without language barriers. 

Additionally, Derco understands the pace its customers’ operations and recognizes that its international customers are not on the standard North American schedule with respect to business hours and statutory/religious holidays. As a result, Derco is flexible and provides extended holiday coverage and regularly staffs its Milwaukee location 18 hours per day.


Technical Capability

Derco Repair Engineering Services provides technical support to the Derco Repair shop departments, Derco Aerospace programs, and its customers.  For obsolete and mature part number references, Derco employs a specialized technical team that is able to provide critical parts substitution to meet standards for equivalent form, fit, and function. For upgrades and/or service bulletin compliance, Derco’s engineering staff has the expertise and ability to listen to our customers’ requirements and design the solutions that fit each operator’s specific requirements.
