Cultural Sensitivity Derco employees are multi-lingual and collectively speak more than 16 languages. Derco recognizes the international make-up of its customer base and has built a sales team and support staff that is able to communicate with international customers regardless the language.
Additionally, Derco understands the high tempo pace of customers’ operations and recognizes international customers are not on the standard North American schedule with respect to business hours and statutory/religious holidays. As a result, Derco is flexible and provides extended holiday coverage and regularly staffs its Milwaukee location 18 hours per day.
