Export Licensing Derco’s experienced licensing team is responsible for ensuring all of Derco’s transactions comply with the requirements of the United States Departments of State, Commerce, Treasury, and other applicable agencies. The licensing team applies for State and Commerce import and export licenses, Technical Assistance Agreements, and Distribution Agreements as required.
The licensing staff regularly attends training sessions to ensure compliance with all necessary requirements and is aware of all impending changes. The Derco licensing team has regular interaction with its parent companies, Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation and United Technologies Corporation. Through a combination of training and available expertise, Derco provides its customers with accurate and timely answers to their licensing needs, which in turn promote timely delivery and progress in all transactions.
