Derco Repair Services performs in-house Dye Penetrant and Magnetic Particle non-destructive inspections. Derco’s non-destructive testing personnel are certified to ASNT Level II and Level III requirements and are qualified IAW NAS-410 (supercedes MIL-STD-410) and SNT-TC-1A. Magnetic Particle inspection meets the requirements of ASTM E 1444 (supercedes MIL-STD-1949). Liquid Penetrant inspection meets the requirements of ASTM E 1417 (supercedes MIL-STD-6866). Having certified personnel on staff ensures better quality management and reduced turn-around times to customers.
