Inspection / Quality Derco Repair’s Quality Assurance department ensures that all incoming repairable items, consumables, and other goods are inspected to confirm parts and material are free from visual defect or damage, conform to the purchase order requirements, and are in a good state of preservation. During processing of components in the repair station, Derco Repair Services’ Quality team is fully engaged in the monitoring of the repair process including in-process, functional test review and final inspection. At Final Inspection a certified quality team member ensures customers and regulatory requirements have been met and a appropriate airworthiness certification is generated for each component before returning the component to the customer.
