Depot Level Maintenance

Derco has a universal approach to depot level infrastructure development, and the shops we design have capabilities that include F-16, C-130, P-3, UH-60,a AH-64, CH-47 military platforms, and A320, B737, B777 and CRJ commercial platforms. |

Capability development typically would have the following elements: |
|
| |
Test System
Capital process equipment such as compressors, heat exchangers, power supplies, etc.
These are typically arranged around the periphery of the workshop, and support multiple test stands. |
| |
Test Stands
Equipment where units under test (UUT) are attached during the functional test. Derco takes a universal approach to their design, so a maximum amount of units can be tested on each test stand. |
| |
Test Adapters
These allow for installing different UUT to a common test stand, and consist of test carts, mounting adapters, and electrical test interface boxes. |
| |
Tooling
Special unit specific tooling that are defined in the tech data, to allow effective repair and overhaul. |
| |
Training
Derco can create and deliver a custom training module per component. This consists of a training video, training manual, and hands-on training either at Derco in Milwaukee, or at the customer’s location. |
